Guacamole Dip

Ingredients
  • 7 avocados – peeled, pitted, and mashed
  • 2 lime, juiced
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 5 Roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic
Directions

1. Cut open the avocados and remove the pit    
2. Place the avocados in a large bowl and mash with a fork
3. Add the lime juice and salt.
4. Mix in onions, tomatoes and garlic
5. Make sure to mix the ingredients well
6. Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to chill
7. Serve with raw veggies for dipping or tortilla chips
