1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees 2. Wash and core the apples 3. In a bowl combine molasses, agave nectar, cinnamon, raisins and pecans, mix well 4. Fill center of apples with mixture 5. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon 6. Place in a shallow ungreased baking pan 7. Add boiling water to the bottom of the baking pan 8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until the apples are tender
