Consumer Housing Specialist
Also a part of the Creating Homes Initiative (CHI), Consumer Housing Specialists help to connect people with affordable housing, provide resources and educate local communities about the housing needs for people with behavioral health disorders.
The Housing within Reach network in Tennessee is made up of professional staff, advocates, volunteers, policymakers, administrators, and direct service providers committed to working on behalf of all Tennesseans who live with a mental illness or co-occurring disorder, in order to help them lead the most fulfilling and dignified lives possible.
