Government Subsidized Housing
Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) provide government-subsidized, low-income public housing units and housing choice vouchers for individuals diagnosed with disabilities, adults experiencing homelessness, families with low incomes, and persons 62 years of age and older. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) financially supports these housing options.
