“Examining Bias: The Importance of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion”
On August 22, 2024, at 1 p.m. ET, the National Empowerment Center will host a 90-minute webinar that is “designed to increase awareness about implicit bias by examining our own behaviors and motivations. We will discuss what implicit bias is, why it matters, the consequences of implicit bias, how it can negatively impact those that you serve and what we can do to disrupt and reduce it.
