Criteria
- CCETN operates multiple homes, including permanent-supportive housing for adults with chronic and/or severe mental illness, transitional housing for seniors who are struggling with homelessness or housing instability, and short-term respite and transitional care for homeless individuals who are recovering from illness or injury. Wrap-around services for every resident are provided.
