Please note we are hosting once-a-week online support groups to serve Middle Tennessee. Please see details below. Our weekday Info & Referral Helpline is still operating from 9am to 5pm at 615-891-4724, or you can reach us by email at info@namidavidson.org. Sign up for our email list to receive updates, check back here, or go to our Calendar under Events. For additional services please visit our website at namidavidson.org.
Please share widely with those you are serving. We hope this is especially helpful to people, or family members of people expressing anxiety, over other issues, due to the current pandemic situation.
NAMI Davidson Co. FREE support groups are led by trained volunteers. They have experienced the need for support themselves, and have transformed their needs into support and advocacy for others. Participants with the lived experience of mental health issues, family members, and friends attend. Together they find a safe place for understanding, support, resources and encouragement for their own healthy self-care. Groups are free. They are not meant to replace professional therapeutic services. For information on available sliding fee scale counseling services, or the Behavioral Health Safety Net, please CLICK HERE.
