- Adults who live with chronic and persistent mental illnesses.Applicants must be able to care for themselves and have no walking aids. Applicants with criminal convictions evaluated on case-by-case basis. Sex offender registrants not accepted.
Special Circumstances
- BHI Independent homes are not staffed, but residents do share the home with other mental health consumers. Household duties are shared equally.
