Criteria
- Adults who live with chronic and persistent mental illnesses.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be mental health and med compliant. Must not be a danger to oneself or others. Must have a physical examination within 30 days of admission to the program to ensure that medical issue found may be addressed in a timely fashion.Must be able to live comfortably within any limitations in the structure of the facility.
Special Circumstances
- This facility is a “Mental Health Supportive Living Facility” which is a residential facility which provides room, board, and personal care services to two (2) or more individuals unrelated to the owner or operator of the facility who have been diagnosed with a mental illness by a mental health professional using the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) criteria.
