Please join NAMI Davidson and Vanderbilt Behavioral Health as we present “Psychiatric Care of Serious Mental Illness in the Community” with Jeffrey Stovall, MD, Professor of Clinical Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Vanderbilt University Medical Center.   In this discussion, the speaker will give an overview of the development of community-based treatment and recovery-focused services intended to improve the lives of individuals experiencing persistent and serious mental illness.  The discussion will address current best practices and the gap that exists that prevents everyone in need from having access to these services.

Held virtually from 630-800pm via Zoom, the session is FREE with registration required.  Once registered, you will receive a link to join us for this informative session.

NAMI Davidson and Vanderbilt Behavioral Health have held a collaborative Community Education Series for over a decade. Presentations have been by many of the best minds in the field of behavioral health. We welcome your participation.
