COMMUNITY ART SHOW OPERATION: COVID 19-UNFILTERED The colors of art, music and dance: March 2021
This Community Art Show, OPERATION: COVID19 UNFILTERED, honors and commemorates the
individuals who have made many sacrifices for our safety and well-being during these pandemic and
post pandemic times we live in. Master students of the American Art Academy and local artists invite
you to visit and appreciate their works of art.
Presented at the lobby of the City Hall –101 East Main Street – Jackson, Tennessee.
During the Month of March 2021 – Opening hours to the public: Monday – Friday 10 AM – 4 PM
Participating Programs:
1. Art for a Better Generation – Facilitating FREE art, music and dance classes to at-risk youth and
children living in Jackson and beyond.
2. Art Expands Seniors’ Horizons – guiding and assisting art students and hospice care patients
living in nursing homes and memory care facilities, as well as living in rural isolated settings.
3. ABC- Art Build Communities – Self-portraits by our talented differently-abled & medical fragile
master students.
4. Enhance Your Dreams Through Art – presenting art, music and dance classes to homeless
mothers and their children.
5. Operation Freedom Warriors – A Creative Pathway for our Military Veterans and families
through art.
The winners will receive the prestigious American Art Academy Award.

PROGRAM – RECEPTION – TRIBUTE
A reception and ceremony will be performed at the end of this show in a small reserved setting.
During this Event the National Anthem will be performed.
Junior Air Force ROTC Cadets will present a Color Guard to pay tribute to the first responders and
healthcare workers in our hospitals, nursing homes, as well as our fire fighters, police force, and teachers.
This Community Art Show – COVID 19 Unfiltered – will honor and pay tribute to those who make sacrifices
for our safety and well-being during the Pandemic and Post Pandemic times we live in.
